We are so happy we decided to work with this LL Flooring store. We started to install our flooring and realized that the stair nosing and the floor planks didn’t match. We met with the store associates and manager and they are working with us to ensure the flooring matches and that we are happy with the result. Great customer services and we can’t wait to see our floors once they are finished.

The entire experience was amazing from the day we came in with a sample of what we needed to match and he was able to find it almost immediately, to purchasing it, to picking it up, to returning the 2 boxes we had left... all of it was so efficient and quick and everyone was so kind and helpful I will never buy wood from anyone else!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable about the product. They steered us in the right direction once they new what we were looking for. It was truly a fun experience. We have been to several box stores and LL Flooring was by far the best.
