Absolutely the BEST customer service. We called in over the weekend to have my 94 year old mother air conditioner serviced & repaired. We explained the urgent need for the repair due to heat and my mother’s age-she lives at home alone. Gushwa Hesting & Air understood the urgency and rearranged service calls to accommodate such. Service person J Stewart arrived at 8.. completed inspection & replaced defective part efficiently and in a very respectful professional manner. Our favorite carpet/curtain cleaning place especially when we need to clean our hand made area rug once a year. We tried several other companies but so far this is the best. She listened to exactly what I wanted, vey natural not the fake look and she nailed it. The experience was very relaxing and like a great therapy. I loved my lashes and will be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful first visit with Renne today. I've had many facials throughout the years and by far, Renne surpassed all of them. She was very informative and professional. I had oxygen treatment, extractions, light therapy and a marvelous facial. Her place is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I say this with love, but I was nervous when I walked in because it was a little untidy (cluttered NOT dirty), but this is why you don’t judge a book by it’s cover. My hair looks great and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and everyone in the shop. I will definitely be returning.

We hired A2Z to clean the carpets at one of our schools in the Mishawaka area. They were flexible at finding a time the students were out and were very diligent in the cleaning and sanitizing. I was surprised at how new the carpets looked afterward. Very reliable services, will use again.

Barbour Construction, Inc. did an amazing job helping us completely remodel the kitchen in our 101-year-old home. We are thrilled with the final product. Paul, Carri, Jammie, and Gabe were available to us every step of the way. They were all so skilled in their specific areas and always eager to help us. They never made us feel we were asking too many questions, and they never found a problem they could not solve. The problem-solving skill came in handy when having to deal with unexpected matters in a house that had been around for more than a century. I have never seen such attention to detail. The carpentry work was so beautiful, and they did a wonderful job keeping the integrity and character of an older home while updating everything with new materials. At the end of each workday, they made an effort to straighten up and clean the work area very well before they left. Paul used project management software which made it so easy for us to message everyone, purchase products, watch the budget, and be kept current with the scheduling. Words cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Tracey Eichenseer. Our baby girl Asia, a German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer in April. Aisa was given a couple weeks to live and due to the love that Dr. Tracey shows towards her patients and their owners she actually live about six weeks longer than expected. She encouraged her owner to do everything and anything to make her happy give her ice cream and pancakes if that’s what she wants, play, go to the lake.. and Asia did live her best life. Over the years we have seen most of the doctors in this practice and each one has taken a kind approach with both of our dogs. Our English bulldog has run the gauntlet on things that could go wrong and we have received the best care from each provider we've seen. Dr. Kelly is our primary provider now and I cannot express how much I appreciate her patient approach with both our dogs and us as she always takes the time to explain our options and helps us choose what's best for us.
The staff here is wonderful! Dr. Byrd is great and so is Dr. Dawson! They are both super understanding of how anxious and reactive my goofus of a dog gets at the vet—so funny seeing Dr. Byrd strategically deploying spray cheese for easy vaccinations! They have also been awesome in collaborating with a different vet practice in a different state when I have been travelling and have done last-minute med refills—both of which I know are not easy. Thanks for taking such great care of us, UPVH!!
