“These guys did a great job on my house which is over 100 years old. Thet restored some water damage and after their work you could not tell work had been done. Chris Fech was the Man in charge and he did a wonderful job. Always providing a status, working through several issues and being available all the time.You can't go wrong hiring Monroe to restore a property.I might add that Chris deserves a raise because he went well above and beyond the call of duty!“

“After a pipe burst in our slab foundation and spread water under the flooring to three rooms and a hallway, I knew it was way too big of a job for us to DIY before mold/mildew set in.ServiceMaster was at our house within an hour or so that evening to start exposing the damaged areas and to start drying.The following day, they provided moving boxes and helped us pack our contents away. Then they tore out the damaged flooring (there were several layers of flooring that had to come out), and got the cabinets and appliances out from the wall and moved them out of the way for us. They moved cabinets quite a way to one of our outbuildings to store during the insurance claim and repair process.The billing process between ServiceMaster and our insurance company was seamless on our end.If we ever have a need for their services again, I won't hesitate to call.“
