They were there on time and I can't say enough about his crew and cleanup - they shaped and cleaned out the dead limbs of our two large oak trees and a silver maple. They were respectful of our property. We are so happy with the results that we are hiring Kevin to do some stone and landscaping work this summer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars - more like 10 stars!“

“We began service with Naturescene about the summer of ‘21. The first application was done at the wrong house which was a little concerning to me, but I let go and chalked it up to an inexperienced technician. Since they are the least expensive provider of lawn care in the area, I renewed my contract with them for 2022. The first three applications (spring, early and mid-summer) were done on schedule. My grass began to develop unusual brown spots in the yard, which was later determined to be a fungus. After two weeks and three calls later, I’m still no closer in getting my yard issue resolved. Each time I called I was told you’re on the schedule and someone will be there to treat your lawn. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has not been pleasant and I won’t be renewing my contract next year.UPDATE: In response to my review, NatureScene is actively addressing my concerns. “I called Walt to order 2 cords of firewood for my stove. He answered the phone on the first time every time and had me scheduled for delivery within a couple days. What I'm most pleased with: after the drop I called him because I thought I may be a little short of 2 cord. He said, "Go ahead and stack it and call me back if you're short." I stacked it and was a little short. Called him and he made it right immediately by giving me the rest plus some! I'll be coming back!“
