I called them to clean a very dirty couch I bought on craigslist just to keep until my custom couch could be delivered which was months away. They got the couch so clean that I don't intend to buy the custom one anymore. And it was cream with dark gray spots everywhere. They came the next day when I called them, extremely professional, extremely fast, great customer service and a great price. I'll definitely be calling again.

I cannot believe how clean they got this couch. I bought a craigslist cream couch because ordering a new one was months away. This was supposed to be a placeholder until a new one came in but honestly, it's so nice now that I think I'll just keep this one. Thanks for being available, affordable, fast and professional!!

First, I think it is important to note that these folks offer A LOT more than rug and upholstery cleaning. They are so skilled in all the services they provide!I have a handicapable pup that has some potty issues. So, the team comes out to clean my couch about once a year. They are always thorough, professional, tidy, and respectful of my pets and property.The receptionist on the phone is personable and thorough.The chemicals used do not affect my allergies and sinuses, which is especially important to me, and the team is always careful to ask if me or my pets have any sensitivities.I never feel like they are pushing add-on services or products, either.
