“A few years ago, I had a dryer that wouldn’t stop running unless I manually shut it off. I explained the issue over the phone, and the tech showed up prepared and fixed it on the first visit. The price was reasonable, and the service was solid.

Yesterday, I called again because my Maytag washer from 2017 started sounding like a jet engine and even had a faint burning smell. The person on the phone was upfront and explained what the likely issue was, then told me honestly that the repair would cost more than the machine is worth. I appreciated the transparency instead of sending someone out just to charge a diagnostic fee and tell me the same thing.

I’ll definitely call them again for future appliance issues. They don’t work on Samsung dishwashers, which I’ve learned is pretty common in the industry, but I still trust them for anything they do service.“

“Best experience I had!!! My central air unit decided it wanted to quit working during our 90+ degree weather! It was like a sauna! My fear was that I would have to get a new unit. I called Mason’s, Jamey came out and discovered a mouse had built a “condo” in there. ? He cleaned out the mess that mouse made. I also needed a small part. He made sure my furnace filter was inserted properly, and answered all my questions. A/C is working great, and he was done in less than an hour. If you need any HVAC work done, go to Mason’s.
