Mr. Rooter was onsite within 2 hours and cleared a clog 60 feet outside the building in a timely fashion. They showed videos of the clog and the cleared pipe. Another customer had a main sewer line backup with tree roots. Two technicians quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the roots, and explained options for the future. They were very polite and respectful of the home. Another service jetted out the main line to the septic, was quick and efficient, and showed a video of the clog prior and results. Customers found them responsive, fast, respectful, clean, and reasonable. The office staff was also great when called with questions.
