“They got me in same day after a chunk of a decaying tooth came out. I had let this decay progress for too long because i was so worried about going to a dentist due to my past experiences. They helped me keep calm, explained everything thoroughly, and took my medical history into account when providing care. They also reassured me that i could let them know if i was uncomfortable at any point and they could give me more anesthetic. I have had some traumatic dental procedures as a kid where dentists didn’t believe that i was in pain so i appreciate my concerns being taken seriously and the commitment to making sure i was comfortable through the process.“
