They offer hot water extraction for commercial and residential carpet, upholstery cleaning, VCT strip and wax, and emergency water extraction. Customers praise the company's professionalism, expertise, and quality of work. The people are awesome and they get customers in as soon as possible, often the next day or even the same day. Technicians do a great job explaining everything and are kind. The pet treatment is amazing, and the cherry deodorizer is highly recommended. They handle tough stains, leaving carpets looking great with no stain marks. They do great work and customers will absolutely use them again.
We have had various carpet cleaning companies over the 34 years we've lived here, but Evan is a standout. Very personable young man. Did a great job with the carpets and our furniture. He wasn't 100% sure regarding a question I asked about cleaning a newer sofa so before cleaning it he called his boss for verification that it was ok to clean. He was informative when it came to drying the carpets. He taught me somethings I've never been told before. Would definitely recommend Crimmins Carpet Services. We have used Crimmins before, but after today I would absolutely request Evan.
I have hired Crimmins Carpet Service several times. I have never been disappointed. My carpet had several pet soiled spots. Tom treated the spots before cleaning the carpet. The carpet looked and smelled very fresh when he was finished. Tom is so friendly and informative about the process. I highly recommend Crimmins Carpet Services!
