I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after the cushion was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn’t any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I blow dried the cushions they look good as new! Their cleaning product and equipment/machinery did the job! I highly recommend MasterCare for your cleaning needs, they are Masters at caring and cleaning.“
