The staff are excellent. We had a cat Milo in extreme pain and needed be put to sleep. We did not have a regular vet calling around area no one would help but Western. Thank you so much for being there for Milo's passing.

Kind of a rocky beginning with an appt confusion (which gave me an opportunity to comfort a stranger who just picked up their pets ashes). Once we were scolded the staff settled down and were pleasant. Dr Thompson was amazing! We shall stay put!

They were fastest in the area to get me in (non-emergency) and have been thorough with my cat's health and are not afraid to suggest some unfortunate but necessary measures (my cat is needing a leg amputation). Thank you, Western Vet. I don't think I'll go anywhere else.
