I saw the Zoé commercial on WGN and came in with my brother to learn more about the slogan “30 lbs in 30 days”. I’m a diabetic (controlled glucose). I have fibromyalgia, IBS, high cholesterol, slow thyroid and other issues. My brother who is 11 years younger than me was very heavy and was in pain. We signed up and followed the plan as indicated. It is not easy. The Director helped me with the struggles due to health conditions. At the end of 30 days: my brother lost the 30 pounds and I lost 15 pounds. My triglycerides went down from 386 to 142 and the cholesterol went from 286 to 152. This is the lowest I’ve ever had my cholesterol! This is not an easy plan and it requires commitment, but I’m thankful to God that the Zoé plan worked and that my brother was with me on this path.
I have been going to Dr Peterson for over 20 years after consulting with him about LASIK. My wife has been a patient for over 30 years, kids for 10 years . I stopped in today for a few watch batteries. When I called, I asked if they took care of Movado watch batteries and Gus told me he works on everything from Timex to Rolex. That was great to hear. I stopped in with 3 watches that needed batteries and was out within 10 minutes. I took a quick look at his custom pieces and they are beautiful and thoughtfully created. I will definitely stop in again soon.

A friend introduced me to Beauty Lab Salon and has been a client ever since. Even though I live in New York City, I've been coming to the salon for years. Initially, I visited for color, highlights, and cuts, but in the past couple of years, I've also been getting extensions done. I have to say, the service, professionalism, and knowledge at the salon are outstanding. It's such a welcoming and warm place. Ms. Monika is exceptional - she has the best knowledge when it comes to both coloring and extensions. I have very thin hair, but thanks to her, I've never had more beautiful hair. I couldn't help but notice a negative review by Karolina Charylo, and I was shocked by how she compared herself to people who are sick with cancer. I lost a family member to cancer, and I found her comments to be very cruel. It's important to note that having extensions is not just about adding hair to your head. It's crucial to gain knowledge and learn how to brush and take care of them; otherwise, you might end up damaging your hair. It's not just about how the hair is done but also about how you take care of it.

Her hands are strong, but she really knows what she’s doing—she knew exactly where to apply pressure and when to ease up. It honestly felt like she found every spot that needed attention without me even saying anything.

C&H recently installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout my the first floor of my ranch home. Their work quality was superb, and the men were friendly and efficient. My only caveat was for the initial estimate for the work. I was not told that my 1949 might need testing for asbestos. Such testing delayed the work and resulted in some additional cost for abatement. In addition, further materials were needed for the baseboard and quarter board. For purposes of financial planning a more thorough estimate would definitely have been preferable!

ComEd is upgrading electrical service in our area (Winston Park subdivision, Palatine). ALI was out yesterday to repair the areas that were fully dug out (in my case both front and back yards). They did a fantastic job in fixing the mess left by ComEd. They leveled the ground, removed debris dug up (large rocks), put in soil and seeded. They offered to put in mulch around my bushes in the backyard but i never had mulch so i declined the offer. They spent as much time as needed to restore both area and more! Hopefully the grass will fill in in the front! Thanks for taking care of the mess left by ComEd! The crew did a great job!
I would highly recommend Ark Tree Service. They were professional and courteous, but most importantly they did an excellent job. They were very careful not to damage the lawn in the area where they were working. After removing the stump they cleaned up, raked and thanked me for my business. I was impressed to say the least.

Dr.Tom is possibly the best dentist I ever had and I been going to him about 25 yrs. I'm in my late 70's. His main goal is saving your teeth. He helps you make the correct decision and ensures that while doing dental work that you are comfortable and in no pain. I highly refer Dr. Tom to everyone I know. Also I can't forge his whole staff are great.

I saw Dr Sung for tooth pain. He took care of me and my tooth essentially saving it over performing a root canal. He was informative, comforting and made me feel taken care of. 100% recommend. The staff was great and I’m looking forward to returning for my next visit.
I could stand still for only minutes due to pain in my ankles. My right arm and fingers were tingly numb. I needed a cane. When traveling, I required crutches. When I encountered airport lines, I needed a wheelchair. My life was spiraling downhill. Finding Dr Barone was a miracle for me. He gave me my life back. I am active, traveling without crutches and a wheelchair and can work and interact as a normal person. Being a Dr Barone client is a life changing relationship.
Ive always been interested in going to the chiropractor but I never really understood the science behind it, I just thought it was a place to go to whenever you tweaked your back due to life circumstances. So I saw online they offered a new patient special which was an amazing deal so I decided to go in. In that first appointment I was amazed at how in depth they went in to explaining everything. Your spine is directly correlated with parts of your body and organs so if you are feeling random pain or pressure points in your body or some organs aren't functioning the way they should, this could be due to an non aligned spine and could be causing unnecessary stress to those parts of your body, So I was amazed to hear that, if you align your spine you align your body and soul and existence to be in more of a flow state and achieve lasting health. I've been going for a while now and it will be adapted to my health ritual from now on and the rest of my life, once you get to a solid ground, you only have to go once every couple weeks for maintenance and then you'll be excited to go back because once you get to that point it's almost like a release and uplifting feeling and it just makes you feel better and you can tell that once you get to that solid ground. it really does help your overall health and you'll wonder why you never started this to begin with. As far as the chiropractor side I've been working with Dr Josh and man what a blessing to have come across such knowledge and connection to the body, Highly experienced and amazing touch and feeling of what exactly needs to be adjusted and is overall an amazing person. Brightlife has been one of my favorite places the past 3 months. I had never sought chiropractic care in the past and did not know what to expect. What initially brought me to Brightlife was an injury I sustained working out. It took some time but that injury eventually healed with the help of the staff and chiropractors. I still absolutely love it here and the treatments have helped me transition to a new type of workout I’ve always wanted to try out. Fredrick is such a talented massage therapist. I felt incredibly relaxed. the room, lighting and music were all perfect for relaxing. everything was so professional. Amanda is the absolute best groomer my Snickers has ever had! Snickers is a 13 year old Cockapoo with a list of ailments…arthritis, skin growths, heart murmur, heart issues, anxiety, skin issues with shaving, etc. Amanda listened to all of these issues with true concern and understood that just cuz our dog was elderly didn’t mean he didn’t deserve to be treated with gently hands. She even gave me advice on how to continue grooming him. Attached is a picture of him right after … he is smiling!!! I highly recommend Amanda if u have an elderly dog!

Fantastic massage experience! I am a physical therapist, so I am very particular and have high expectations regarding massage, and he delivered an excellent experience. His skill and knowledge of anatomy were apparent. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, from the moment I enter the door. He is professional and relatable. The environment was clean and setup for such a zen vibe; the aesthetics were lovely, inside and out. I prefer deep tissue massage, and the pressure and sequencing throughout the massage were absolutely perfect.

Good massage. The therapist communicated with me throughout the process. When I arrived I went over what I wanted. They charged me up front but told me there was a three dollar charge to use a credit card. I said you should probably have that on the site were you book. That way if someone's wants they can bring cash. However, at the end she said that she was not going to be charging the 3 dollars when I asked if I use my card for the tip will I get charged another 3 dollars. My bank did show the charge. But we will see what happens when everything is processed.
I was desperate to get in somewhere last minute on a Sunday afternoon. I had called all the big box chains and had zero luck finding an opening. I was desperate to get some alleviation on persistent back pain I had been dealing with for the last few weeks. I had never gone to a “strip mall parlor” so I was a bit leary at first, but my back was really bothering me so I caved and came to this location. I was surprised at how spacious it was on the inside and everything looked very clean. The lady at the front was nice and she quickly got me settled into a large room that had two beds in it. I had told the lady at the front that I wanted to do a 90 minute massage, but I did not really specify what type of massage or anything like that.
The room was very dim, and the bed was cozy. There was soft Zen music playing, which was a lovely touch. The room also had two sitting chairs as well as hooks to hang your clothes on.
I have had many massages in my lifetime , but this one was BY FAR the best. I don’t know what king of massage it was, but definitely felt like some sort deep tissue because she really got in there. Many times she was kneeling on the bed itself to get deep into muscles that I didn’t even know I had. It was like she had a roadmap to every bone and muscle and ligament in my body — and she found every knot that needed to be untangled. By the end, I was exhausted and felt like all my muscles were stretched and smoothed out, and it was absolutely euphoric. I’ve spent the rest of the afternoon drinking plenty of water and resting my body because I can tell that I will have some expected muscle soreness over the next day or two. I will absolutely come back here again, and also going to convince my husband to come as well. Highly recommend this place if you want to get knots worked out and old muscles revived. The price for the service was unbeatable too. THANK YOU!!

I’m representing three of us ladies for a girls weekend. This was a Groupon deal. The price for the services we received was great! We did a massage and mani-pedi. We were a little confused about the steam shower (Groupon doesn’t always explain in detail) but the manager Steve was very accommodating, fair and patient. Vale was a fantastic massage therapist- great pressure! Renatta is a superb manicurist.
She takes pride in being meticulous and offers a wonderful foot rub. Overall, this is a great place to relax with excellent customer service.

Instant relief in sever pain by more than 30%. I was a walk-in patient in severe pain unable to walk, or stand-up. Dr. Nakamura was able to take me in , identity the problem and gave me relief in back pain within 30 mins of me walking in. Great person and great doctor.
Hands down the best driving school. Very thorough, easy web platform, ability to skip the DMV and take the driving test at Top Driver facility. Most of all the BEST behind the wheel driving instructor, Lester G! He is patient, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and teen relatable! My daughter loves driving with him. She’s learned so much and feels comfortable while being in the drivers seat with Lester. I will definitely be going to Top Driver again, one teen down, one more to go!
