“I had been working with siding and roofing companies for a fair quote and trying to understand what was involved. It was fairly terrible due to lack of transparency. Then John came by. He was very clear in what was going to be done and why, then gave a very reasonable quote for the work.
He put Hardie Board and a new roof on over 3,000sq ft. He found rotten wood and replaced it, along with black mold in my attached garage roof which needed new plywood all for a reasonable price.
He also installed new larger windows and doors.
The finished product looked great, and he’s still helping with additional upgrades.“

David listened and provided suggestions to diagnose and create a plan to fix the issue that was ultimately tied to improper insulation work from a prior contractor (decades ago) that was exacerbated by wear and tear over time. “Great service. Robert the owner was professional and came in at a lower price than Leaf Filter. About the same product but no plastic and lays on an angle in the gutter. Leaf Filter lays flat which to me means it will collect more debris.Plus the sales and estimate was really no pressure as opposed to the other guys that would not my kitchen!! Arghh. There was a leak two weeks after but it was fixed within a few days. Overall, good experience. I like supporting local businesses so it worked out.“
