I called Ackerman because I had a major tree branch that split during a recent storm. I didn't realize how bad the damage was until I started noticing a lot of dead branches. The weight of one of the dead branches was ready to split from the trunk of the tree. They came out the next morning and set up an appointment for 2 days later. A crew showed up and took care of the problem. You can't even tell where the major branch was removed. They also did a really nice trim job to make the whole tree look like nothing happened to it!
