Nicole has helped me explore new hairstyles that I would’ve never tried without her help. She is extremely helpful in answering questions and giving recommendations.
Was assigned to Nicole as a walk-in back in 2018/2019 when she was at a previous barber shop and she has been my barber to the present day now running her own shop! Over the years, Nicole has been more than accommodating if I didn't like something or felt it wasn't what I imagined it to look like (I've tried some new styles over the years) and she has always been willing to make changes without hassle if I need to pivot to my tried and true cut. She always ensures that all looks good and l am satisfied before heading out and she is a great conversationalist as well. It's the reason I drive in from Chicago to see her for my cuts and will continue to do so!
