“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I am the Director of Sales & Marketing for a very large restaurant and event venue, about 30k square feet. We have a very intricate and colorful building with several unique event spaces, and we accommodate groups of all sizes. As such, especially with out-of-town customers, its imperative to have tools other than just photos to allow potential guests and clients to virtually tour our space and see all it has to offer. We have worked with Mass Interact three times now, and each time we have been blown away with the quality of what they produced for us.
The process of scheduling and organizing the photo shoot itself was seamless. Their team collected information they needed from us on their own, and analyzed our existing website and materials to make sure they created something that truly represented our brand. We had some difficulties on our end finding the right days and times to execute the shoot, but they were beyond patient and flexible. The on-site photographer was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient - he worked so quickly but you could tell still paid a lot of attention to detail. He was patient with us as we adjusted the look of each room to showcase it best.
As for the finished product, WOW. The level of photo clarity, ease of interaction with the interface, additional imbedded features (such as highlighted hyperlinks or additional text detail), and overall look is beyond our expectations. Furthermore, it was completed much more quickly than we anticipated. As mentioned we have had this tour re-taken twice as we have made updates to our building, and each time the finalized tour they created was even better than the last - proving that this company truly cares about the quality of their product and the satisfaction of their customer.
Lastly, the support from their team doesn't at all end when the tour is complete and the check is cut. They are very easy to get in touch with and respond promptly, and are happy to make adjustments as needed- and do so very quickly. If something they are working on takes a little while, they make sure to keep you updated as much as possible.
I would highly recommend this agency if you want a top-notch tour to take your business to the next level!”
“Partnering with Links has been a game changer for our organization. Their team made it possible for us to confidently transition away from maintaining an internal IT department while still receiving the responsive, real-time support our business depends on every day. Links has created a comfortable, reliable technology environment for both our in-office and remote staff, giving everyone the confidence to work efficiently, securely, and without disruption. Their professionalism, accessibility, and dedication to service have made them an invaluable extension of our team.
