My elderly parents lower level shower and toilet were overflowing with sewage at 4:30 PM today. The Schaumburg village public works (which by the way, also did a tremendous job; they were very responsive despite it being after hours) came out and determined the line blockage was between the house and the street thus I had to hire a plumber to repair it for my parents. B & A dispatched someone within 30 minutes and it turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated. It took several hours, but they were able to clear out months worth of accumulated debris. This outstanding company is a family owned business that my family has used since the early 1980s going way back to when I was a young kid. Like the other reviews say, they DO treat you like family. Today Mike & Bailey came to my home and installed a new battery backup pump, did rodding maintenance to my sewer line, and fine tuned a toilet and faucet, and as always, did it all for a reasonable price. These guys are awesome - so professional, always get the job completed right the first time, always priced better than the competition, and won’t leave until you’re completely satisfied with their service. omg B&A is the best around! When I called looking for help with an a/c condensation drain, B&A was able to send someone to my house within the hour! They were also recommended to us by our HOA manager, he told us they do the best work in the area! When Dean arrived was very polite, helpful, and informative to what repairs were being done. I will definitely be calling B&A the next time I need a plumber.
