ALDO Heating and Cooling provides reliable heating and air conditioning service. Customers called for heater repair when their old heating unit stopped working. Clarence came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem fast, and found the cracked heat exchanger. He clearly explained the repair and replacement options and helped choose the best new system. Lucas and Kai arrived the next morning and had the new heating system installed and running in just a few hours. The whole heater replacement experience was smooth and stress free. For ac repair, Clarence arrived on time, quickly found the refrigerant leak, and got the system cooling again. He was honest and did not pressure anyone to buy extra parts. Another technician had pushed for a new installation, but Clarence properly diagnosed the issue and fixed only what was needed. For furnace repair, Kai came out the same day, found the issue, and had the needed furnace part on his truck. He completed the repair right away and restored heat. He gave an honest quote and answered all questions clearly. The team also completed a humidifier installation neatly and explained how the system works. During one furnace installation, Lucas recommended safety sensors that later shut the unit down before water damage could happen. The furnace installation was inspected, and the inspector commented on how clean and well done the work was. Professional, prompt, and easy to work with.
I can’t say enough good things about this AC repair team. They did excellent work for me before on my old AC unit, and the same was true when they handled my new AC installation. They were quick to respond, gave me a fair quote for the installation, and also explained a few helpful extra services they could provide at no added cost. With summer cooling costs always being a concern in Schaumburg, it was great to find an HVAC company that delivers quality AC service and installation without charging a price that would break the bank. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair, maintenance, or a new air conditioner installation.
Our old heat pump quit over the weekend, and we needed help fast. We called company: Aldo Heating and Cooling, and a technician came out the next day to inspect the hvac system at our home in Schaumburg. After checking the equipment, they explained that the aging unit could not be repaired in a practical way, and they helped us move forward with a full replacement. clarence and his team are outstanding people. They do much more than basic ac repair and heating service. clarence is very responsive and works extra hard to make sure your ac stays cool in the summer and your heat works well in the winter. We have had both kinds of problems, including ac units damaged by a lightning strike more than once and an older furnace with a bad ignition issue. kai and the crew helped us every time and got the system running again fast. You do not wait long, and lucas is honest, professional, and willing to go out of the way to help.
