The Schaumburg village public works (which by the way, also did a tremendous job; they were very responsive despite it being after hours) came out and determined the line blockage was between the house and the street thus I had to hire a plumber to repair it for my parents. B & A dispatched someone within 30 minutes and it turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated. It took several hours, but they were able to clear out months worth of accumulated debris. I am very happy to report that my parent’s line is now fully repaired and they are able to use the bathroom and shower again without issue. The plumber they sent out (Mike) did a tremendous job and was very kind to my elderly cognitively impaired parents. The total repair cost seemed quite fair considering the after hours component and how labor intensive the work was. I will definitely use them again for any of my or my parents future plumbing needs.
