For over 15 years after my last military deployment, I lived with chronic pain. I underwent major lower back surgery in 2024, and after recovering from that, my upper back and shoulders began causing pain that limited my ability to live a normal life. The VA and my employer cycled me through pain management, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and acupuncture — then more PT, then more referrals, . When the pain began affecting my mental health, I tried cannabis, ketamine, pain psychology, to psychiatry, glutney of medications and occupational therapy. On and on, round and round, while the VA kept me locked in their system with no real relief in sight.
Then I found Dr. Lorenzo.
After just a few sessions, I felt better. His magnetic therapy and FLFE service were unlike anything I had been offered before. The VA does not offer Naprapathic treatments. What I appreciated most, though, was his incorporation of a spiritual component into care — something the VA simply does not offer. His referrals also helped me address much of the mental anguish I had been carrying while trying to manage my pain for so many years.
I also want to recognize Danny. Even after just one acupuncture session, she helped relieve pain in my back and shoulders. She truly knows her craft, and I only wish I had done more sessions with her before I had to come back home.
I am now back home. a week feeling better physically, mentally, and spiritually. I've been able to quit cannabis as well and minimized my drinking. I know of no other clinic that addresses all of these dimensions to treat a person as a whole. Dr. Lorenzo and his team didn't just treat my pain — they helped save me and my family from its effects. I am eternally grateful. Your milage may be different based on how much work you put in before seeing him but if you are at the end of your rope like I was, give him a chance for few weeks“
