Ark did our bathroom and the whole thing went smoother than i thought it would. first meeting they were clear about pricing and what the plan was. during the work they kept the mess contained and checked in with us regularly. the tile and new shower look great and the space feels way more open now. quality is there for sure, everything feels solid and well put together. We had ARK redo our main bathroom and the part I keep coming back to is the tile work. The old shower had these tiny mismatched tiles that always looked dated, and I wanted something simpler and clean. They did large tile on the walls and floor and the way it lines up is really nice, the grout is even and thin the way I asked for. The shower has a built in niche now for shampoo and stuff which is small but makes a big difference day to day. They also swapped the vanity and put in a new tub. Our shower pan had been leaking into the ceiling below for who knows how long and we only noticed when a stain showed up in the kitchen. ARK came out, opened things up, and showed us what was happening underneath. The waterproofing had failed and some of the framing needed to be replaced. They rebuilt the shower from the studs out with proper membrane and new tile. No more leak, ceiling got patched and repainted downstairs. The new shower has been dry for months. Fixed it the right way.
