Fredrick is such a talented massage therapist. I felt incredibly relaxed. the room, lighting and music were all perfect for relaxing. everything was so professional. He worked on my lower back , neck and foot. The pain I had was so much better after an hour of massage. I will definitely be booking more sessions in future.
First Health Wellness Center was wonderful. Frederick gave me a very professional and thorough massage. It was my first time, and he made me feel comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!
I’m in PT and wanted to find a massage therapist who focused more on healing with a strong understanding of anatomy. I am so thankful I found Fred! He is an excellent therapist and I left my massage with much less stiffness and tightness in my hamstrings and calves. Thank you!
