“We’ve been customers of Ross’s for the past 6 years, and we honestly couldn’t be happier that we found him. He has worked on both of our homes now, and every experience has reinforced why we continue to call him at AQC Services whenever we have an HVAC need.
In our old house, Ross replaced both our air conditioner and furnace. From the beginning, we were impressed by how knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy he was. His parts and labor warranty is incredible, and it gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing that he stands behind his work. It’s clear that he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than simply getting in and getting out.
We recently hired Ross again to replace the HVAC systems in our new house. Obviously, no one looks forward to spending money on a new furnace and air conditioner, but I genuinely felt comfortable making such a significant purchase because I knew we were working with someone we could trust. That peace of mind is worth a lot.
During the installation, Ross noticed something that didn’t look quite right with the piping. Rather than ignoring it or assuming it was someone else’s problem, he took the extra time to investigate. He ran a camera through the piping and discovered an actual issue that needed to be addressed. Even more impressively, he fixed the problem without charging us anything extra.
That experience really says everything about the kind of contractor Ross is. A lot of contractors might have overlooked the issue, or simply completed the installation and moved on. Ross took the time to make sure the entire system was right and that we weren’t going to have a potentially expensive problem down the road. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the people he works for.
We really can’t say enough good things about Ross. He is honest, dependable, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly trustworthy. We have used him for years, have now trusted him with two homes, and will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your home as if it were his own and stand behind his work, I highly recommend Ross and AQC Services!”
