I have been training at Push for over 10 years with Steve and Michelle. You can’t find more dedicated trainers/owners. They genuinely care about their clients and run their business with integrity.
The gym is full functioning from strength to cardio, spotless, and I truly appreciate that it never smells like a gym!
The workouts are tailored to me based on my goals and abilities and although challenging are made fun by the constant change up. Guidance with diet and food is readily available and can be monitored with food journals that keep you accountable.
Sessions have made me physically and mentally stronger and I credit Michelle and Steve for helping me onto that path. Highly recommend Push Fitness!“

8 years ago, Charlie fixed my severe lower back pain when 4 chiropractors, 2 MAT practitioners, 2 massage therapists, 1 fascial therapist, 1 acupuncturist, and traditional exercise & strengthening could NOT. If that's not proof, I don't know what is, lol.
1 year ago, I suffered a devastating neck injury - too painful to sit, walk, stand or lie down for extended periods of time. My x rays showed only muscle, joint inflammation, no disc damage or fractures, but I was a wreck. I contacted Charlie and have been flying to Chicago from Minnesota, regularly, ever since! My entire body is now the most pain-free, mobile, and indestructible it has ever been in my life!!
Charlie is a true professional. He is not only an encyclopedia of information, but he is also kind, caring, encouraging, and an all around great human being!

“I’ve been going to Ultimate Fitness for their group HIIT classes for almost four months now and have been extremely happy with the experience. The workouts are challenging, well-structured, and always keep everyone motivated.
The trainers truly care about helping you succeed and keep the classes fun and supportive. Christina does an amazing job with the weekday classes, mixing up different activities so every workout stays fresh and engaging. Her programming delivers a true full-body workout and never feels repetitive. Justin leads the popular Saturday morning class, which has a kickboxing theme and is hands down one of my favorite workouts of the week. It’s high-energy, intense, and a great mix of cardio and strength — no surprise it’s one of the most attended classes.
Both trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, regardless of fitness level. The gym has a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that makes it easy to stay consistent.
