We were a little confused about the steam shower (Groupon doesn’t always explain in detail) but the manager Steve was very accommodating, fair and patient. Her hands are strong, but she really knows what she’s doing—she knew exactly where to apply pressure and when to ease up. It honestly felt like she found every spot that needed attention without me even saying anything.
