“Fredrick is such a talented massage therapist. I felt incredibly relaxed. the room, lighting and music were all perfect for relaxing. everything was so professional. He worked on my lower back , neck and foot. The pain I had was so much better after an hour of massage. I will definitely be booking more sessions in future.”

I was very stiff because I sit all day and this just loosened everything up and gave me a workout too! I will definitely be going back, at least once per week but maybe twice.”
