In her old age, my girl has all kinds of lumps, bumps, and can barely stand and Kristen is so gentle with her and takes her time to ensure our gal gets the best care! I have five dogs and have been to many groomers and this one is by far is the best!“

“Amanda is the absolute best groomer my Snickers has ever had! Snickers is a 13 year old Cockapoo with a list of ailments…arthritis, skin growths, heart murmur, heart issues, anxiety, skin issues with shaving, etc. Amanda listened to all of these issues with true concern and understood that just cuz our dog was elderly didn’t mean he didn’t deserve to be treated with gently hands. She even gave me advice on how to continue grooming him. Attached is a picture of him right after … he is smiling!!! I highly recommend Amanda if u have an elderly dog!“

“We would like to give a huge shout out and appreciation to Kamp K9. From our initial contact with Rhiannon, we were immediately put at ease and excited. We adopted a dog on Christmas, and within a week, we had him enrolled in the one-on-one boot camp 4-week training program. It is difficult to say who enjoyed the experience more, myself or my dog. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and consistently demonstrated a positive demeanor, which is understandable given they are around adorable dogs all day. Rhiannon's work with Marshal was outstanding; she provided us clear and precise instructions. We particularly valued the personalized one-on-one training sessions and the daily video updates on his progress.“

“I had to board my mini poodle dog Charlie when I went for a week vacation . I didn't want to leave him behind because he had a traumatic past as a puppy mill dog for 7 years before I adopted him and he was scared of everyone even the people of my family !!! I like the Carol Stream facility because of the outside kennel that each kennel has. The place is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and courteous and were able to calm my fears. What helped me a lot was the Furever daily report that I paid extra for but was worth the money ! The most amazing thing there is that the staff taking care of him managed to have him sit on her lap when sitting on the ground with him outside !! Don't know how she did it because he has never done it with anyone else but me. Pictures were sent every day and I knew he was in good hands. I love the place, nice nature around it and very well kept. Thank you for all the patience and caring for our animals !“

“We absolutely love Pawparazzi Pet Salon! They are incredibly accommodating, caring, and professional. Jena (not sure if spelled correctly, my apologies for this) has been taking care of our two fur babies (15 and 13) for over four years, and we truly appreciate the love and attention she gives them every time they visit the salon.

Our 15 year old baby, Elise, is especially precious to us, and as her bones have become more fragile with age, Jena always makes sure Elise is handled with the extra care and gentleness she needs. That means so much to us.

The entire staff at Pawparazzi is wonderful, courteous, and professional. They genuinely care about the pets they work with, and it shows in the way they treat our fur babies. We always leave them there knowing they're in good hands.

“We brought our 4 month old (extra tiny) mini bernedoodle here for his first grooming and puppy trim and I think it’s fair to say he was a happy boy after this experience! They did a great job cleaning him up and we can now see his cute little face! Jennifer was so kind and calm, cage free space, and two house cats to keep the kids entertained while Jennifer and I were discussing the process. Warm and friendly environment.“

“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“
