I would like to mention an incident in your homosassa office today around 1pm. We were there for our annual appointment and a very rude woman came in and started berating the receptionist because her husband came in for his annual skin check appointment and was seen by the doctor only to betold by the "doctor and nurses that saw him in an exam room" that he didn't have an appointment and refused to see him. He was checked in by the receptionist and taken into an exam room.
I don't know the circumstances of what happened but the rudeness and the horrible way she jumped on your receptionist was totally uncalled. The receptionist handled the situation with great aplomb(a lot better than I would have, sitting there as a patient I wanted to remove the cretin).
As she was stomping out she was declaring that she "was going to call the main office and raise crap" and she was demanding that somebody had better apologize.
Anyway your receptionist deserves a raise or a very nice Christmas bonus!

Office staff is very nice and well organized. Dr. Miller is very professional and personable. Did a great job extracting a calcified thorn that was embedded deep in my forearm from a long time ago. Highly recommend the St. Petersburg office.
