Alex spent a good amount of time trying to determine what the problem was with our washing machine. He checked out several sensors, inlet and pressure values and wasn't able to find anything wrong. Although he wasn't able to find anything we appreciate he time and effort he put into checking out the machine. He felt it wasn't necessary to replace any parts that were working properly. I would recommend Smart Appliance Service for their effort and honesty.
Alex replaced the element in our Bosch oven. The job was expensive because of the brand and the cost to replace and install the part. However, I am very pleased with the service and the timely repair. I will definitely use Smart Appliance Services again.
