She is organized and communicative, and has a great process in place for introducing new dogs to the pack in her space which she explains in detail ahead of time. This was my 12 year old pup's first stay with Erica and the crew, and she had a great time-she came home happy and exhausted! Erica sent regular pics and updates which put my mind at ease since this was a new experience. I would absolutely use Farley Pet Care again-we can't wait for the next visit!
