“I just moved to dt st Pete and my first experience with nouvelle was perfect! I went to a different salon in st Pete before finding this one and they did such a sloppy job. My first impressions of nouvelle when I walked in was wow this place is beautiful and clean and offers many colors to choose from. I originally booked my acrylic fil appt with Navy online on their website by myself - because I read reviews saying she does great designs and I often do designs - when I got into the salon they asked if I was getting a fill I told them yes to find out navy does not do acrylic fills I guess. Which is fine. I was immediately offered a second solution - JC - who was able to take me for my appt. JC listened to my request and executed my nails perfectly and she even added a cute flower design. My nails look amazing and I keep getting compliments. I told JC I wanted to come back in 3 weeks and get a much more complicated design and when I showed her the picture I love that she was honest and told me no she wouldn’t be able to do that design and recommended I book with a girl named Ni who said she would be able to. I thought that was refreshing to hear the honesty because I’ve had many nail artists tell me yes they can do a complicated design and it comes out horrible so I was glad they recommended someone who was confident. Anyways I’m so excited to come back for my birthday in 3 weeks and get my next design!!! I’ll be getting my first pedicure when I come back too so I’ll add a new review :)

“If you need permanent tattooing or scar camouflage, I highly recommend Bianca I had a breast lift that left scars and needed areola pigmentation filled in, and I am extremely happy with the results. She is easy to talk to, truly listens, and is very knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and takes great pride in what she does. I used to have pretty significant acne & with using the products recommended as well as my monthly facials it’s essentially clear. The entire process to choose what my facials would be like was holistic and they took in to account all my skin needs. “Wonderful experience at the spa! I’ve been in the spa industry for over 25 years and while I am not “picky” I do appreciate an experience that goes beyond basic.
Foremost: the staff is amazing, from the spa coordinators, to the service providers and management (Christine who took the time to chat w/me after my treatments).
Scheduling was a breeze with Janice, she was very helpful and quickly responded to my inquiry message - I booked a package (massage/facial) and added a couple upgrades.
Jackie was my esthetician and she had an amazing touch and made some great recommendations w/o being pushy. The products were lovely (I have sensitive skin so this was especially appreciated)
Also had a deep tissue massage with Christine and it was fantastic, I only wish it was longer (next time🤩🙌🏼) she made the most of the 50min by attending to the areas I requested more time on, and it was so appreciated.
I will definitely be back and will be bringing friends 😃🥳“
