“We needed an air conditioner in September of 2023, hot times in Florida. We made a lot of calls and finally was referred to Forest Air. They had a new unit delivered and installed quickly and beat the deadline we had for an out of state trip. Forest Air was professional, courteous and fast. They are truly professionals at what they do and if you want it done right they are who you should use.I am super sensitive to odors, and when I moved into a new house, there was a faint funky odor. No one else seemed to smell but me. It really bothered me and made my house feel dirty to me. No matter how much I would clean, even after a renovation, I could still smell this faint funky odor. I was confident it was coming from my AC unit.This team came in and was so thorough, it was an all day event. It’s been a couple weeks now, I keep expecting and waiting for that smell to return but it hasn’t, it truly has been handled! My house smells fresh and clean now! I am beyond thrilled. The day between scheduling and him showing up, the AC pretty much stopped blowing cold air.Mike fixed the current problem at a very fair price while explaining everything I asked about... which was a lot.He's coming back to move the AC Unit once the thing is stable and working a couple weeks... also already priced at a reasonable price.I highly recommend contacting Mike if you're in his service area!“

Plus he pointed out areas that were in good shape and others that may need attention in the future. Called the phone number listed, spoke with Tony, friendly voice over the phone, basically diagnosed the issue I was having after a couple of quick questions, gave me an idea of cost if it was indeed what he expected it to be based off my responses. The service tech Diego was here an hour later (on time), fixed my issues I was having in an hour or so, went above and beyond my requests and was happy to answer any of my questions. The issues were exactly what Tony expected and the price remained the same as discussed. Very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were prompt, affordable, and nice during the entire process which was short and sweet.“
