“Dr Gilroy and her team at St Pete Ear Nose and Throat were exceptional. I highly recommend! I had an infection and it was an emergency and they took me in for an appointment on the same day. They scheduled immediately over the phone for an appointment within a few hours. I couldn't believe it. I had called several other ENTs and they did not take emergency appointments even after explaining my concerns over this infection so I had lost hope that any ENT in the area could help but then Dr Gilroy and her team came through for me and I know they would do it again in a heartbeat! Girl (I’m a senior so they are all girls to me) was so pleasant and friendly I felt like we were old friends. She was best examplegreat customer service.Again, back to my seat but just for a moment asa lab tech called my number. Surprise! She wasjust as pleasant and welcoming as my first contact.
