“?️?️?️ HUUUUUGE shoutout to Elyse Howard and her brilliant practice, Massage NERD Integrative Health!!! ?? I posted on FB yesterday looking for a massage therapist with an immediate opening. I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN, Y’ALL!!! ?? Elyse didn’t have any openings, but being the passionate and compassionate woman she is, she reached out anyway and offered to get me in AFTER HOURS. ?? Not only that, but she arranged for her associate, Alexis Cruz to stay to work on my friend Hannah as well. I can honestly tell you…I have NEVER had someone work on my body like that! ???‍? Recognizing that I needed much more than a massage, she worked her magic on my entire body, getting several ribs AND my hips back in place where they needed to be to alleviate the torture I was experiencing. I don’t know exactly what she did, but it was exactly what I needed. I left there virtually PAIN FREE, which I haven’t experienced in a looooong time! FROM ONE SESSION!!! ???
