After dealing with a bug problem for 2 months and speaking to 6 different companies, Hughes is the only one who offered to look at the bugs under a microscope and actually diagnose the issue. They came out to do an inspection, showed where potential issues could arise, and got us back in working order in the blink of an eye.

I recently moved and Rob Burns came out to do my pest control service. He is professional and very pleasant, like all the team members I have encountered over the past 3+ years of being a client. I must tell you that Rob literally saved my property because he alerted me to wires that were sparking. This would have started a fire - no doubt. He is obviously very observant for which I am beyond grateful. Since I just moved in this is something my home inspector totally missed the day prior.
