Fred was absolutely amazing. I came in with a fixer upper/ cover up tattoo. It was small and on the back of my neck however I was so unhappy with the original design considering it was not what I wanted. I showed Fred and immediately he was more than willing to take on this challenge. He texted with me so I could visually see his ideas and how to fix this tattoo. I will say I am over the moon with how it turned out. The attention to detail and the hard work put into this piece was incredible. Thank you for everything! I truly appreciate you! I am so glad I went to Fred, I was able to email what I wanted over without having to come in and he brought it to life for me. This one was very special to me since it was for my nephew. It came out exactly how I wanted, detail and amazing line work!!! For sure found my tattoo artist in St. Pete for good!
