Going to Welcome Home Family Chiropractic is literally like going home. The quality of care and interest in my well being has been the most positive experience I’ve EVER had. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly, warm and caring people. During the beginning of COVID I started experiencing neck pain and during lock down it progressively became much worse. Not being able to exercise, spending too much time at a desk working and not getting enough fresh air were all contributing to my conditioning worsening. The pain migrated to my shoulder and I had very limited range of motion. Then the pain migrated to my wrist and I developed a cyst on my wrist. After spending much of my life as an active person, running, tennis, yoga, and working out, this decline was depressing. I was beginning to feel like I just had to accept getting older and that I would continue to be in pain for the rest of my life. After a year of not doing anything about this discomfort, the pain had become unbearable. I couldn’t sleep, I was struggling to dress myself. I finally reached out to my primary care doctor and they referred me to Welcome Home Chiropractic. Within a week, I was in the office for my first consultation. After a lot of talking and x-rays, we made a follow up appointment, during which Dr. J spent all the time I needed to explain everything that was going on and his plan of treatment. On that day, he started addressing my pain and explained to me how everything is connected. I never felt rushed. Every single one of my questions were answered. Without exception, I’ve never experienced care like this before. When I left the office on that first day, I wanted to hug Dr. J. I called my husband from the car, in tears. I felt such a huge a sense of relief because there was finally HOPE for my improvement. As of today, I have had 9 treatments. I have full range of motion in my neck and shoulder again and minimal pain. The cyst on my wrist is gone. Now that I am no longer experiencing constant, intense pain, we are beginning to work on strengthening the weaker muscle to support a full recovery. I will forever be grateful for the treatment, compassion and care that I continue to receive at Welcome Home Family Chiropractic. I cannot recommend Dr. J and Kai enough! Every medical practice should take a lesson from these people!
Everything! It was certainly a God-thing to find Dr. J. I had been to many different chiropractors over the yrs, but they didn't help. Dr. J was amazingly helpful in diagnosing some medical issues I had that other doctors had missed. His techniques are unique & really do work in a lasting solution to better health. What a blessing he & his staff truly are! They really care & give full attention to their patients which helps alot in diagnosing & recovery. Thank you, Dr. J & Kai -God bless you both!
