He does it all...pools, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, landscape design...executed professionally and artfully with the big picture in mind.
Phillips Custom Concepts took our home from an enjoyable to a total paradise. He is a busy man but always made time to speak and meet with us when we requested. We saw him frequently checking on details and keeping us updated. Quick communication, professional deliverables, beat timeframe expectations, and extremely tidy crew!
