Kai Total Wellness provides a calm, soothing, and peaceful environment that is perfect for relaxation. The space is immediately calming and lovely, with relaxing sounds, lovely scents, and a soft, quiet atmosphere. The signature Transcending Sole session offers an amazing and phenomenal experience for total relaxation. Treatments include sound therapy with crystal bowls, a short meditation, an amazing leg and foot scrub and massage, a salt treatment, and the use of a salt air therapy machine. The experience is deeply relaxing, incredible, and authentic, leaving guests feeling fantastic and new. It is a wonderful experience and one of the best ways to take care of oneself.
Tina has allowed me time to relax during a very stressful time and brought some calm into my life. I did the sole-session which is 90 mins of peace and relaxation focusing on hands and feet and neck which as a hairdresser are the places we all need to pay attention to & take care of. The best part of the session is the sound healing, if you have never experienced it, it’s amazing! I love the feeling afterward and feel completely relaxed and mind cleared after. I am now looking forward to my session with Tina on a regular basis to continue self care.

I recently visited Kai Total Wellness at Reflected Wellness in New Port Richey for a sound bath and vibrational healing session with Tina. I went in honestly not knowing quite what to expect, but Tina IMMEDIATELY made me feel comfortable. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming.
Over the course of the hour, I found myself relaxing more and more, and by the end of the session I felt genuinely reset, refreshed, and rejuvenated. It was such a peaceful experience and a wonderful opportunity to simply slow down and let everything else go for a while.
If you’ve been curious about sound healing but aren’t sure what to expect, I definitely recommend giving it a… read full review

My experience at Kai Total Wellness with Tina was nothing short of MAGICAL.
I was gifted a Sound Bath. Having tried several different types of therapy and counseling, my expectations were not great.
From the jump, I was greeted by name in a way that made me feel seen and heard; the ambiance was warm and calming; and Tina went above and beyond in her facilitation of our session.
I walked out in a state of peace I don’t think I have ever experienced outside of childhood. What they do at Kai Total Wellness is nothing short miracle work. I highly recommend Kai Total Wellness in general but especially to other men, especially other Veterans.
