Fast, friendly and professional. They made me six keys in minutes and all worked. Much, much better than the big box stores where there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll have to return for a second try at getting it right. (Love the dog)
I had an issue with my lock it was a pretty old lock and i have been to at least three shops before i cane here and no one even bothered to check it out. Then i was recommended to come to security safe & lock and as soon as i got there the staff was really professional and polite and the technician actually managed to fix the lock and it works great !

Needed to get my bedroom door unlocked to allow the Fire Dept. to check the smoke alarm / CO detector for insurance renewal. I called, got an appointment for the next day and passed the inspection 2 hours later. Great service, fair price and I would give 10 stars if I could!
