Out of the veterinary locations that I have experienced over the years. This location and staff has been beyond exceptional of my expectations and experience. They listened with respect and patience with the knowledge, concerns I have with my k9 and feline. They answer my questions every time I ask. They don't force unnecessary treatments due to their personal one on one care for each patient they have. They should be Best of the Bay
We switched to this vet after a bad experience with our last one and we are so glad we did. Our dog wasn’t as anxious going here and everyone was super friendly so we decided to go with them for a spay procedure. They were affordable and you can set up a payment plan via scratchpay on their website. The incision has healed beautifully and they even texted us the morning after to check in on her. I love that they are always available via text as it is much more convenient for us to text vs call. Highly recommend and will be our regular vet from now on.
We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown during one of our hardest moments.
