3805 E Colfax Ave, Denver“I have been going to the HIIT classes at this gym for about 6 weeks now and the results are incredible! I actually have arm muscles now... I can lift more weight than before. The coaches really want to make sure you are doing each exercise the right way to prevent any injury. Each class is different so it's always exciting. I love the different challenges. I've belonged to a lot of gyms - January comes around I find a good deal and 2-3 months later I'm bored of it because I'm not seeing the scale drop or legit results... well here I am only 6 weeks later and I AM seeing awesome results. Give it a try! You won't regret it!“

950-c, Jersey St, Denver“I took advantage of the new student promo and it's the best $22 I've invested in myself. I took two gentle yoga classes, one with Ann as the instructor and the other with Lania. Both were lovely. It was a wonderful way to ease back into exercise, move my body, and take some time for myself. It's clear that the studio itself has fostered a community with its instructors and regulars. I didn't feel intimidated and instead it was a warm and inviting atmosphere, nothing pretentious about it. I look forward to returning.“

I originally came to the YTT because I wanted to teach yoga, but then I learned that teaching is one very small part of yoga. Either way, I feel equipped to be a competitive teacher on the job market because of this program. I was pushed to look at the importance of being intentional when representing yoga. I am very grateful for Derik and Beth who lead this transformation.“

So sweet, listened to my needs, worked out some gnarly knots. One of the best massages I’ve had in my life! Next time I’m in Denver, this will be one of my first stops!“

4928 W 29th Ave, Denver“My amazing rolfing massage therapist suggested I go to pilates to round out my work on healing chronic pain issues. The person I was referred to had just retired, so I tried working with Caroline Sanders. I am so grateful to have Caroline in my life! She and Allison Brenner work with me to deal with past injuries and avoid new ones as I age. Caroline is so perceptive; she guides subtle changes that make big differences. Thanks to her, I'm a couple of inches taller and a lot healthier and happier!“

2107 E Virginia Ave, Denver“This is not just a yoga studio, but a space that provides thoughtful, integrated, inspired classes that aim to retrain the body and restore proper alignment. Through progressive classes tailored to each individual student’s body, you will find increased strength, balance, and mobility in all your joints and core. This is truly an inspired place unlike any other “yoga” studio“

2072 Ash St., Denver“Deb is such a great teacher. I’ve learned a lot about my how to align my body better in the poses than any other yoga practice I’ve done thus far and it’s really been helping my lower back pain“
“The best massage you will ever get! I fell on ice last year and tried everything to feel better. One treatment with Kelly and I was back to normal. Now I am going for serious hand cramping and again back to normal. I don't know how she does it, I go in feeling old and decrepid and I come out feeling rejuvenated. I can't recommend balance being enough.“

3101 Walnut St, Denver“This is my location of choice for a great massage. I have been once for a couples massage and once for a solo 2 hour massage. They were with different massage therapists and both were amongst the best I've ever had. This isn't a spa with a bunch of bells and whistles but I love the focus on a therapeutic treatment where you feel better walking out than you did walking in. The online appointment system is easy to use and the business hours make it easy to find something that works for those that work a 9-to-5. You also get a discount if you pre-book your next appointment on site. Can't wait to come back.“
9:30AM - 7PM
1776 S Jackson St #810, Denver“Very welcoming staff and students. I was brand new to yoga when I attended my first class. The other participants in the class all seemed to know each other but were incredibly helpful at getting me set up. The teacher, Nancy (who was filling in for the day) was excellent at explaining how to transition and set up for each pose. She provided hands on corrections (which I desperately needed) and encouragement. The class (yoga level 1) was manageable and definitely gave me a good stretch. Many props were provided to help achieve different poses. The studio itself is in a bright and airy classroom. There are options to join the class online live which I think is an excellent option. The instructor made sure to engage the online participants and help modify poses based on the equipment they had at their home. Will definitely return“

“I can't say enough good things about Duality! If you're looking for a fantastic hot yoga studio with amazing energy and a true sense of community, look no further. My favorite hot yoga instructor is Tim. His classes are both challenging and deeply restorative. Tim's teaching style is empowering -- he encourages you to listen to your body, offers clear instructions, and creates such a motivating environment that you feel both grounded and inspired by the end of class. The heat makes the stretches deeper and the detoxification real, and Tim's energy is the perfect complement to it all. Plus, he is constantly try to push adoptable puppies on you. But what truly sets Duality apart is the amazing community. It's a space where you immediately feel supported and connected, whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned yogi. The vibe is always positive and inclusive, and everyone I've met is so kind and welcoming. It's a true "feel-good" environment that keeps you coming back for more. And to top it all off, right next door is Side Pony Coffee, which is the perfect post-class treat! Whether you're in the mood for a rich coffee, wholesome snack, or you enjoy a cocktail right after morning yoga, it's the ideal way to wind down after a challenging class. It's the perfect little hangout spot to relax and enjoy some time with fellow yogis after class. If you're looking for an exceptional yoga experience with an outstanding instructor and a wonderful community, Duality is a must-visit. I leave every class feeling rejuvenated, both physically and mentally, and I can't wait for the next week's session as it has become my Sunday morning ritual. Namaste!“
