My amazing rolfing massage therapist suggested I go to pilates to round out my work on healing chronic pain issues. The person I was referred to had just retired, so I tried working with Caroline Sanders. I am so grateful to have Caroline in my life! She and Allison Brenner work with me to deal with past injuries and avoid new ones as I age. Caroline is so perceptive; she guides subtle changes that make big differences. Thanks to her, I'm a couple of inches taller and a lot healthier and happier!
