We initially sought out his expertise following an accident that required reconstructive surgery on my knee. I had such a great experience with Brett Lando at Custom fit that after physical therapy, we decided to pursue couples personal training at Custom Fit.
Prior to starting with Brandon, we were complete neophytes at the gym -- neither of us had stepped foot in one since high school. Our main goals were to generally increase our fitness levels and build strength as we enter middle age.
Brandon has been a fantastic partner and has supported us immensely in this journey. He has created tailored routines that have helped me continue to pursue my goals, even after my surgery, and helped us both significantly increase our strength and overall fitness. Neither my wife nor I ever thought we would be interested in going to the gym or hiring personal trainers, but we are extremely happy with Brandon and would recommend him to anybody.
We also appreciate the atmosphere at Custom Fit. The gym serves a large variety of clients, from serious powerlifters to older individuals who are maintaining their fitness and everybody in between, making it a comfortable and welcoming environment for all fitness levels.“

201 King St, San Francisco“I found Flagship when I was recovering from an injury and interested in giving CrossFit workouts a try, and the coaches here are amazing! Nikki, Anais, and Liz do a great job of introducing each exercise, and it feels like there's a good amount of personal attention even when the classes are larger. The coaches make sure you feel comfortable with the movements and have the proper form, and help adjust workouts for any injuries. The equipment is really nice and the gym is spacious, so I enjoy coming here to exercise. I like that the workouts are published in advance so I know what I'm getting into, and I also really appreciate that they have multiple membership options, all transparently priced on their website. Joining Flagship was an excellent decision, and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with them!“

I've tried chiropractors and PTs before but nothing helped longterm. After just five Redcord Pilates sessions with him, I’ve experienced a remarkable improvement — the pain has significantly reduced, and my mobility is now on par with my left leg.
Justin is extremely knowledgeable about the Redcord system and skilled at identifying and addressing the root cause of movement issues. His sessions are thoughtfully structured, and he takes the time to explain each exercise and its purpose. He also gave me targeted exercises to do at home and in the gym, which, combined with our sessions, have made a huge difference in my recovery.
I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain, imbalance, or looking to restore proper movement.“

I was so pleased to to see the care and patience they had for her in her recovery and helped her back to return for her senior year. Excellent staff and a very knowledgeable team that developed a perfect program for her needs. It eventually lead her to major in Kinesiology in college and currently is wrapping up her masters. I was so pleased with their professionalism that we enrolled our youngest , currently in 8th grade, in a program for her strength and conditioning. They were able to detect a possible injury waiting to happen as my daughter tended to walk inward which could’ve lead to a knee injury. I’m glad to say they fixed the problem with a great program. She’s been there for almost 2 years and had comments from several coaches on how strong and fit she has become ( not so lucky for those who play against her lol). If you are looking for overall conditioning orRecovery, this is the place to be. It also prepared my daughter , not only for the physical part, but the mental. She built her strong mentality that ultimately got her accepted to her future high school SHC ! ASP is perfect for the mind and body!!Thank you Jack, Jared and Hannah at ASP!!!“

I can honestly say my experience at CrossFit Fog City was excellent. I was only in San Francisco for about a month and needed a gym, so I signed up for a temporary one-month membership and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
The gym is massive and has just about every piece of equipment you could ask for. The coaching staff was awesome great programming, fun classes, and a really positive atmosphere. Gordon, the owner, was extremely responsive and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Whether you’re in town temporarily or looking for a long-term fitness home, I highly recommend checking out CrossFit Fog City. The space and community are amazing!“

“I’ve been a member at the Sausalito Anytime Fitness for over three years, and this gym truly feels like a second home to me. The community here is welcoming, supportive, and motivating.
The new manager, Trevor, has been a great addition to the gym and I appreciate everything he’s brought to this space. He brings a positive, vibrant energy that really elevates the atmosphere of the gym. He gives the best tips/advice and really motivates me in terms of obtaining my goals. He’s a hard worker, always open to feedback, and will always take a moment to answer any questions.
I’ve also been fortunate to get to know all of the trainers, and I’m grateful for each of them, especially Mike & Jesse. They keep the gym clean, are always available to answer questions, and are consistently friendly and professional.
The recent upgrades to the gym look amazing and have made the space feel much more open. I’m hopeful we’ll see some new machines added now that there’s more room. Overall, this gym continues to be a place I’m happy and proud to be a part of.“
