Custom Fit

Custom Fit has set a super high standard for gyms for me. They have created a well equipped gym with a great layout, a super welcoming vibe, kind and helpful trainers with a lot of knowledge, a regular schedule of daily workout classes, and the recovery room (infrared sauna and cold plunge) which I used all the time.

Vibe: I had never used a gym previously, and always felt intimidated from working out at a gym. I had such a wonderful experience training with Donnovan here! We worked together for about half a year. He was so flexible with my schedule, my preferences, and specific needs and abilities. My focus was learning how to gain confidence utilizing different machines, lift heavier while maintaining proper form, and avoid injury. And I have seen significant progress! I’m so thankful for my time working with him!

I had this gym membership a year. All the staff are really tight knit and cool. I like them a lot and will miss them when I move to my next gym.

My only gripe is the price is quite high. The yearly membership for me was north of $200/mo. Close to equinox prices. But the locations themselves aren’t nearly as large, and therefore have limited equipment. The one I went to had a cold plunge, the only gym I’ve gone to that had one. That was really neat. And they get it actually cold. But still it’s hard to justify premium prices when it has a lot less than other premium gyms
