“Internal Fire is real deal Pilates. Sharon the owner is highly trained and has decades of experience. Formerly a professional dancer and knows how to effectively addres chronic back pain. The teachers here are all great, and really know their stuff. Excellent core and whole body strengthening. I can’t recommend this little studio highly enough!“

“Coach Eve set me up to successfully run my first marathon this year in SF. In our three in-person sessions, she helped me improve my cadence and fix some weaving issues, provided me with tips to help with the hills, and set me up to mitigate injuries throughout my training. She was super helpful in answering the many questions I had along the way, and the training plan she created for me was perfect. Running a marathon has been a bucket list item for me for many years, and I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to do it. Thanks to Eve, not only did I cross the finish line, I did it smiling and with enough gas left in the tank to enjoy the atmosphere post race with my family. She even came out to cheer me on on my big day! I can't recommend Eve enough -- thanks to her, I've already signed up for two more marathons!!“

“I began working out with Elisa several months after a severely broken arm and subsequent surgery left me feeling extremely out of shape and broken. I have a long history as an athlete, including in college and in my 20s and early 30s, but had been very sedentary since having my three children. The fall I took was the wake up call that I needed to prioritize my health and fitness.Elisa did an amazing job adapting my workouts to my arm as I healed and the work we did complemented the work I was doing with my physical and occupational therapists at Kaiser to help my range of motion return more quickly. I am stronger now than I have been in over 10 years and my balance is greatly improved (no more falls!). I look forward to continuing to work with Elisa to keep getting stronger.“
