I am a regular since the day I booked my first class here which is almost a year. All the front desk and manager here are very friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoy every yoga teachers class. And the studio interior also just stunning 🤩 .
I visited the Yoga Flow SF Union location in early May while in San Francisco and purchased the 7-day unlimited pass for newcomers. This was easily one of the best decisions of my trip. I will absolutely be back.
From the moment I walked in, everything felt exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with. They really set the tone. The studio itself is beautifully designed, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease.

Couldn’t write a higher review! The front desk is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The instructors are the best in the city, they truly have a passion for their practice.. I can’t recommend this studio enough.
