After six years of trying out a half dozen private and big box gyms, and several strength-based group classes like F45 and Barry's, I can say without hesitation that the hype around Flagship is warranted. I saw my confidence and overall fitness soar over just five months of regular attendance. Kudos to the Flagship team for building such a fun, friendly, and inclusive space (their claim about having the friendliest coaches is true).It's also true that it's the most expensive fitness membership I've ever held, and Flagship's excellent coaches — Jon, Zach, Nikki, and Anaïs — and flexible memberships team have made it an *investment* worth every penny for me. Love coming to flagship- have been attending for a year now, and the gym is great! The coaches are motivational and really help with technique + modifications to help you enjoy your workout (shout out to Zach, Nikki and Anais) They make everyone feel welcome. The community feel is awesome and it’s dog friendly too. Would highly recommend.

I was visiting San Fco for work and love to drop in at different boxes. I loved how easy they make the drop in process online. I did the 6am with Zach and it was an amazing class from warm up to options to a complex yet simple class structure. Clean and nice equipment and a friendly crowd with lots of awesome dogs. Sadly had to rush out and couldn’t take my usual pics. Would highly recommend if you are visiting!
