Once I decided to get back into shape, I was looking for a low pressure environment that works with my schedule and doesn’t push me to the edge (think crossfit etc, never been a fan). And perfect workout is exactly that, been going there for about 2.5 months now and have lost 10% of body weight. It has to be coupled with good eating habit, no workout is pure magic, but this one does come close. The 20 mins length is perfect, scheduling is easy and trainers are super kind, shout out to Liz! The balance between cardio and strength is nearly perfect, and the movements are thoughtfully designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. The class moves at a fast pace, but it’s very approachable since each workout offers both regressions and progressions, making it accessible no matter where you’re starting from. On top of that, the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend!“

I attend 3 different Yoga classes that support my well-being and foundation. Teresa, Claudia, and Sam are knowledgeable, with a great talent to guide the classes in a very supportive and compassionate manner!
I find the classes dynamic and meditative, walking out the session very relaxed and physically content.
I also attend the Barre class. I was cautious because of a previous experience. Jackie's class quickly brought me to a positive outlook towards Barre practice. I love it! Her classes are a complete body workout, done dynamically and guided in a very concious and safe way. Jackie is a very knowledgeable and uplifting instructor.
I have not tried the equipment, sauna, or any other classes YET, but the faces and the attitude of the othe members in the studio say it all for me.
Last but not least, Zara and Judy welcome the members with a smile and by name, ready to help and answer any questions, and with a calming vibe that already start the relaxation mood for me!
Additionally, the Studio is beautiful, clean, and classy. It speaks of the spirit and intention of the management and staff. Thank you!!

Prior I had issues with movement and general fitness spending a lot of time at my desk working. My strength has improved significantly, and I owe a lot of it to Joe, who's an outstanding trainer. He's incredibly focused on technique, which has been key in reducing the pain in my shoulders and knees but also helps me work out efficiently and safely.
The accountability at FC50 is unmatched, and the dynamic workouts always challenge my weak points, making me progressively stronger. I've learned so much about fitness and my own body. If you're serious about getting stronger and improving your health and wellbeing, FC50 is the place to be.“

535 Center St, Moraga“What I really love about F 45 are the coaches. Whitney and Jackson will correct your form so you actually feel your muscles working. Billy will bring enthusiasm and perfect form. Kirsten (the owner) is equally good. Schedule is: resistance day on Tuesday and Thursday and Sundays; hybrid day on Monday, Friday and Saturday and a cardio day on Wednesday. I have seen moms bring in their kids to read and play in the bean bag area while they work out; also they bring their dogs(!!) and tether them by the door. I’m hoping to do the same myself. They encourage you a lot and they help you get into really good shape. This place is totally worth the $45 a week unlimited membership.“

Mac’s put together a plan which includes strength and flexibility training to address my lower back. He’s been a tremendous help and helped alleviate much of my discomfort.
