Once I decided to get back into shape, I was looking for a low pressure environment that works with my schedule and doesn’t push me to the edge (think crossfit etc, never been a fan). And perfect workout is exactly that, been going there for about 2.5 months now and have lost 10% of body weight. It has to be coupled with good eating habit, no workout is pure magic, but this one does come close. The 20 mins length is perfect, scheduling is easy and trainers are super kind, shout out to Liz! He's incredibly focused on technique, which has been key in reducing the pain in my shoulders and knees but also helps me work out efficiently and safely.

You are partnered with at least one or two different partners each class so you get to know a lot of other people, which is just so different from any other gym I’ve belonged to. It’s been very refreshing, and I love going to work out there. If you haven’t joined yet, try it out, and you will love it too.“

Every workout is different, challenging and designed to build function, prevent injury and improve fitness.
Nick keeps everything light-hearted, non-judgmental and positive. He spends extra time with newbies showing them the ropes but doesn't forget the regulars either, always encouraging, pushing.
He is a comic, and I find myself chuckling through the pain. When the regulars join in the banter, some days are a riot.
